"I struggle understanding some of the negative comments here, as that certainly did not reflect my experience, at all. Because of the times we are in, there were some lengthy delays in getting the granite (out of Hoffman’s control) - which Kerry and Ellie explained and were very up front about. They were also very helpful in the decision making process for determining the type and color of the granite. They frequently kept us updated on where things were at and never made me feel uncomfortable when I called for updates, myself. They definitely went over and above our expectations and produced a beautiful piece. Thank you to all of the staff at Hoffman’s for making an unpleasant situation, a pleasant experience. You will certainly come highly recommended by me and my family."
